Made of Ideas is an independent technology studio. We turn ideas into working things, from the business case to the product, the AI behind it and the systems that keep it running.

## What we do

We solve business problems with technology. The shape changes, the approach doesn't.

- **Business & strategy.** Business analysis and business development: we find where the value is, check the numbers, write the business case and open the doors to the right partners and markets.
- **AI transformation.** We bring AI into how a company actually works: where it pays off, the agents and workflows that do the work, and people kept in charge of the decisions.
- **Creative technology.** Brands, interfaces and interactive work, where design and code are made together by the same hands.
- **Engineering.** Systems that hold up: architecture, platforms and the unglamorous parts that keep everything running.
- **Products.** We build and run our own software. The first one is The Lazy.

If it can be solved with technology, it's probably our kind of problem.

A self-hosted platform where AI agents prepare the work in the background and a person approves every action that matters. Teams start the day with a list of decisions instead of a list of tasks.

## How we work

A small team, a lot of agents, almost no meetings.

- **Agents take the first pass.** Research, analysis, code, copy. Agents prepare it, often overnight. People spend their hours on taste, judgement and the hard calls.
- **Async by default.** No status meetings. Work is written down, decisions are logged, progress is visible whenever you want to look. We talk when talking is faster than writing.
- **Autonomous owners, not departments.** Every problem gets one owner who takes it from question to shipped, with agents as extra hands. Nothing gets lost in a handoff because there are no handoffs.
- **Business and build in one loop.** The analysis, the business case and the product are shaped together, so what gets built is what the business actually needs.
- **Working thing over slide deck.** Something you can click in days, not a plan in weeks.
- **Humans hold the keys.** Agents prepare, people approve. The same rule we build into our products.

## Studio

Made of Ideas is a small, AI-first studio working across business, design and engineering. We take on the problems that don't fit neatly into one discipline, which tends to be most of the interesting ones. Behind it is more than ten years of building and running production systems.

The name is the method. Most good work starts as one idea that someone was annoyed enough to build. We keep the ideas that survive contact with real users and drop the ones that don't.
